Welcome to boardmeter. These terms apply to all interactions related to Governance drills and KPI cadence offered through boardmeter.pro.

2. Services Policy

Our services include interactive Governance drills and KPI cadence sessions designed to enhance organizational processes. Scheduled sessions require full payment in advance. Session changes or scheduling adjustments are available at no extra charge if requested at least 48 hours before the planned time. Cancellations made more than 7 days before a session are eligible for a full refund of the fee. Requests made fewer than 7 days before the session will not receive a refund, due to preparatory resources allocated. Instead, participants may opt to reschedule within 30 days of the original date, subject to availability.

3. Information Products Policy

Information products, including digital guides and recorded tutorials, are accessible immediately after payment. Customers may request a refund of the product fee if the request is received within 14 days of purchase and no more than 20 percent of the content has been accessed. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 calendar days from approval. Due to instant access, no scheduling changes apply for information products.

4. Goods Policy

Physical items purchased through boardmeter.pro should be inspected upon receipt. If an item is defective or damaged, customers must notify us within 5 days of delivery via our contact form. After approval, we will send a replacement item at our cost or provide a refund of the product fee by reimbursing the original payment method within 30 days. To send back a defective item, customers should package it securely and ship it to the address above. Customers are responsible for shipment costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

5. Modifications and Updates

Boardmeter reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Notifications of changes will be posted on boardmeter.pro. Continued use of our services after any update implies acceptance of the revised terms.
